Neck Lift Micro Move
About The Micro Move
Combining TriGen technology (Radio Frequency, LED, and Electrical Muscle Stimulation), the Neck Lift micro move firms muscles and boosts collagen production for a lifted and tightened neck.
Step 1: Prep
To begin, freshly cleanse the skin and apply a water based conductive gel to your neck.
Step 2: Select Treatment Mode
Select treatment mode 1 (white EMS+RF icon) or mode 2 (orange EMS+RF icon). If you're new to the device, be sure to start on level 1 (mode 1) before moving up a level (mode 2) after 2 weeks of consecutive use (2-3 times per week).
Step 3: Six Circular SCM Lifts
Begin by placing the massage head on the lower part of your sternocleidomastoid muscle (the large muscle in your neck), using light pressure following the lymphatic system, perform six slow circles moving up to under your ear on the right-hand side.
Step 4: Six Under Jawbone Sweeps
Working under your jawbone, starting at the base of the chin, slowly sweep underneath towards your right-hand ear, and then down the side of your neck. Repeat for six movements.
Step 5: Change Sides
Apply more water based conductive gel if required, and repeat steps 3 and 4 on the left-hand side. Repeat on both sides for a total of three minutes (your Sculpta device will beep after three minutes).
Top Tip
Follow the rhythm of the device. The RF works in three-second pulse cycles letting you know when to lift and repeat each move. On for three, off for one. On the off cycle, re-centre and repeat each move.
