Cheek Shape Up Micro Move
About The Micro Move
Using Radio Frequency and LED technology to stimulate collagen production, the Cheek Shape Up micro move tightens and firms the cheek area.
Step 1: Prep
To begin, freshly cleanse the skin and apply a water based conductive gel to your right cheek.
Step 2: Select Treatment Mode
Select treatment mode 3 (white RF icon) or mode 4 (orange RF icon). If you're new to the device, be sure to start on level 1 (mode 3) before moving up a level (mode 4) after 2 weeks of consecutive use (2-3 times per week).
Step 3: Three Under Cheek Hugs
Begin by placing the massage head on your right cheek, underneath the cheekbone. Following the lymphatic system, working outwards towards your ear, carry out three slow sweeps.
Step 4: Three Cheek Circles
Now working above the cheekbone, using light pressure, conduct slow circular movements working outwards towards your ear. Repeat the movement three times.
Step 5: Three Eye Scoops
Now working up underneath the eye area, using very light pressure, perform three slow scoops towards the temple.
Step 6: Change Sides
Apply a water based conductive gel to the left cheek, and repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 on the left hand side. Repeat on both sides for a total of three minutes (your Sculpta device will beep after three minutes).
Top Tip
Follow the rhythm of the device. The RF works in three-second pulse cycles letting you know when to lift and repeat each move. On for three, off for one. On the off cycle, re-centre and repeat each move.
