Cheek Contour Micro Move
About The Micro Move
Using Electrical Muscle Stimulation, the Cheek Contour micro move contracts and relaxes the muscles to enhance cheekbone definition and strength.
Step 1: Prep
To begin, freshly cleanse the skin and apply a water based conductive gel to your right cheek.
Step 2: Select Treatment Mode
Select treatment mode 5 (white EMS icon) or mode 6 (orange EMS icon). If you're new to the device, be sure to start on level 1 (mode 5) before moving up a level (mode 6) after 2 weeks of consecutive use (2-3 times per week).
Step 3: Three Under Cheek Scoops
Starting on the right-hand side of your face, place the roller head underneath the cheekbone and sweep the bone all the way to the ear. Repeat three times.
Step 4: Three Cheek Hugs
Now, place the roller head over the cheekbone - one electrode above, and one below - and sweep the bone all the way to the ear. Repeat three times.
Step 5: Three Eye Scoops
Moving up to underneath the eye, using very light pressure, sweep the bone working outwards. Repeat three times.
Step 6: Change Sides
Apply more water based conductive gel if required, and repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 on the left-hand side. Repeat on both sides for a total of three minutes (your Sculpta device will beep after three minutes).
Top Tip
When using the EMS setting, perform three reps in each area, and try to be as slow as possible.
The EMS creates incredible involuntary muscle contractions. The sensation is completely normal.
